JNFL Application for Enrichment and Disposal Office Centrifuge Test Facility Modifications Approved

JNFL received approval from the Director General of the Science and Technology Agency today for its application to modify the Enrichment and Disposal Office Centrifuge Test Facility. The application was filed on March 31, 1999. The modifications relate to the following: Reduce the number of a mass spectrometers from two to one by utilizing a higher-performance mass spectrometer. Install a new material testing equipment to collect and accumulate fundamental data on materials.
