The Fourth 1998 intake of Low-level Radioactive Waste(LLW) is scheduled to be held on 15 July 1998. The LLW will be shipped from Fukushima-1 nuclear power station, operated by Tokyo Electric Power Company in Fukushima prefecture. The total amount of LLW to be received during this intake will be 2240 drums, with each drum containing 200 liters of LLW. Intake of all 2240 drums is expected to take 3 days. |
